criCRiC is happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

1. Please, enclose criCRiC standard returns form found with your purchase, listing the item/s you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund.

2. Use the criCRiC address label below and stick in onto your original jiffy bag.

3. We are unable to refund an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer.

4. We like returned items to be unworn and in the original condition you received them and with all the tags intact.

5. Be sure to include your name and address as we cannot exchange an item without this information.

6. Once we have safely received your items, we will then action the return.

7. We strongly advise you to send returns by Recorded Delivery, keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

8. Goods are returned to us at your own expense; however we will send your exchange by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

9. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible.
